Return & Exchange

If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return.


You must manage the return before the established deadline:

Online shopping: you have 14 days from the shipping date of your order.

Shop at a physical store: you have 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition (items shouldn’t be used or damaged) and include all labels.

All original receipts must be provided in order to process a return.

You have to make the return in the same store where you made the purchase.
